Merry Christmas!

Many people finish their year with, "What did I do this year?" or "What did I do for God this year?"

You know what, stop! It's good doing stuff for God and thinking about it, but ONLY when you've realized what He did for you! Without Him, you can't really boast of your doings, 'cause it's nothing compared to how big He is.
It is Jesus doing the works through you - not you alone.

So remember that, always, because there'll be times where God lifts you up like crazy, I mean like, you'll feel like a superstar. Just remember Him, that it was His doing, His works and He deserves all the glory! :)

To all my awesome Jesus Freaks, to all those curious, to all who feel sad or lonely, and to all the rest; Merry Christmas!!!
Just remember always that God loves you NO MATTER WHAAAAAT!!! :)

So let's celebrate His birthday!! (to those of you saying Jesus wasn't born on 24th of December; tell me, hypocrite, have you ever been to a b-day party where the one being celebrated didn't have birthday that same exact day? I believe you have)
God bless ya'll!! :)

You gotta stay in the faith! You gotta have a strong faith! KEEP PRAYING IN FAITH!!!....

You've probably heard these phrases dozens of times, right?
Now as you're reading this, God's gonna blow your mind. I'm gonna go through some scriptures about what faith is.

Faith is trust (πίστη in Greek). Listen to this:
Ephesians 2:8 - For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; [it is] the gift of God.

I want you to understand that faith is NOT some kind of act! It's NOT some muscle-fight where you have to pump out faith - it doesn't work like that!! Faith is trusting and believing that you're God's child, and that He'll provide for you! It's OKAY for you to watch TV after you've prayed to Him. It's okay to relax, it's okay if you don't read the Bible 3 chapters a day! It's OKAY if you don't pray one hour each day!! HE STILL LOVES YOU!

Wow! By His loving grace, You've been saved THROUGH faith, e.g, through trusting Him and not yourself. It's His gift to you! Isn't that wonderful? Most of Paul's letter to Rome talks about saved by grace and not by deeds.
But why, then, do you try to "fight" for your salvation, when it is ONLY through Him that we can be saved?
Listen up. No matter what you do... No, I don't think you heard me; NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO, it will NEVER EVER change the fact that Jesus has saved you!

"Robert . . . There's a problem!!", you'll probably say. James 2:20 - "But do you want to know, O foolish man, that faith without works is dead?"
Faith without deeds and works is dead, such says James in his letter. But doesn't that contradict what Paul wrote about grace through grace? No it doesn't.
Notice that it says "faith without works is dead". Is this a commandment? Does God's Word here COMMAND you to do works, so that you can be saved?? NO!! Listen to me clearly, this is NOT a commandment! It's merely a statement.
James is saying that if you're truly changed, you'll be doing good works for the Lord.
If you're not doing any good works, you might want to think about if Jesus truly has changed you. Just believe Him, believe His word. Trust Him, let the Holy Spirit come in, then you will be changed and NOT by yourself, but by Him!

It's important that you know that ONLY through Jesus you can be saved! TRUST in Him, believe what He did for you!!! The Holy Spirit will come and He'll reveal areas in your life that you need to repent from!

Don't do things you feel you have to! Jesus came to set us free, not to enslave us in the law (or in your inner "must-do-such" law)! Trust Him alone! Only He can save you! You can't save yourself, I PROMISE you that!
God bless you dearly! I hope and pray that you may be changed through trusting Him :)

John 3:17

Most of you are probably thinking, "Didn't he mean 3:16?"
But no, I mean 3:17.

So many Christians remember the verse John 3:16 so well, which is good, because it's a very powerful one, I love that verse! But they forget the verse that comes right after. Let's hear it out:
John 3:17 - "For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved."

God didn't send Jesus to condemn, yet there are SO many Christians today who condemn like a machine gun shoots bullets! :O I'm shocked to see all that. Especially on the internet, you search 'Jesus' or 'Savior of the world' and most of the pages you get, are pages that condemn people or groups of people.

Seriously, if I wasn't saved and didn't know Jesus at all, I would think - based on how judgmental many Christians are - that God was a hater.
But truth is, he's not! He loves us! He loves gay people, he loves satanic worshipers, he does! But is He, then, okay with them sinning like that? Of course not! He hates what they do, their sins, but he loves them! Why else was Jesus sent?
The Son of God was sent to set you free from your struggling with sin, NOT AT ALL to condemn you!

And I want to put in that I've also judged and condemned more than I should have, but I hope that I know better now.

So why are we judging, then? I don't have the exact answer for that, but I believe that we've partly or wholly lost the fire and it then becomes a religion and not a relation with God. Jesus hates religion! That's why he shouted at all those pharisees, who taught that you need to be self-righteous to be saved. The only ones Jesus had something "against" (he still loves them), were the pharisees, because they were actually the ones judging.
And as Jesus said, you're a hypocrite if you condemn like that, for you're yourself sinning.

God is good, that we know by now, and his goodness can't be moved, but then why are people going to Hell?
Because they choose to. Life is a choice - let me show you in the scripture: Deuteronomy 30:19 - "This day I call Heaven and earth as witnesses against you that I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses. Now choose life, so that you and your children may live."
Look, he gives us a choice, life or death. And he even tells us to choose life, because it is better for us, I mean, isn't that amazing? :) It's that simple! Choose Jesus, and you shall live.

So, people get chances (and I got many chances, yes I did!), and of course, the Holy Spirit will lead us to God; he can and he will! No matter how far you are or have been, he'll always love you! But when you choose your own path away from God, when you decided 'no more Jesus, I want to live as I want to!', then you have chosen death.
He still loves you, but you can't really know that, since you've removed yourself from His protection. The best part is that His grace is amazing and he'll still protect you and always call for you.
But if you've taken the choice in your heart, there can be no turning back to God, before you actually want to. God is a gentleman - I've heard many say - and it's true! He won't force you to believe or anything :)
But remember, you can ALWAYS, and I say it again, ALWAYS come back to God, no matter how far you've been!! All it requires is you to be willing (we're not robots after all, and we do have our own free will)! Hitler and Stalin could come back (and stop saying they couldn't, God's love is not limited!), if they wanted to. They could've asked for forgiveness and give their hearts to Jesus and be in Heaven now! We don't know if they did - we can't know, but all I know is, God is amazing and extremely graceful!

So don't get discouraged, because he LOVES you! No matter what other people, yes even Christians, have said into your life, GOD LOVES YOU and He wants you to be with Him, that's why He died for you! ♥
And it IS possible to live in freedom from your sin and struggles! You don't have to be perfect to get saved!
Not perfect, but perfectly forgiven! It's all about your heart! Give it to Him and he'll sort the rest out! Stay in Him and Jesus will stay in you! (John 15)
God bless ya'll richly! :)

The next blog post will be about faith . . .

Video: The Road with God

Finished another video! :) Something big is going on, God is really moving these days!! Watch the video. Comments are always welcome :)

Well, the scripture was quoted from my Danish bible, translated directly. Here's from an English translation:
Psalm 37:25 - "I have been young, and now am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken or his children begging for bread."

Staying Pure

As a man, I can't really speak from a woman's point of view, but I do know that men struggle with unclean sin more than women (mostly). Look, I'm not a doctor or some expert on this; it's purely experience and the way I've seen it. Neither do I have some sort of scholarship or bachelor degree on this; no schooling, just me and the Holy Spirit.

Men (and boys) are made in a different way than women and girls. When a girl wears challenging clothes, a guy will look at her, if he spots her of course. He will ALWAYS look at her, not because he lusts for her, but because her bare legs, her challenging top, her shoulders, yes, all the skin she can show, is a magnet to a guy's eyes. The more skin, the more likely the guys will look at you. And no they do not look at you because they like you, they look, because that's how their nature, their reaction is! Every man will do this; married, single, divorced, engaged, with a girl, no matter what, every guy will look. Why? Because it is in our nature.
You as a girl, please understand this. If you want to feel loved, accepted, don't wear such clothes to make guys look at you, because they won't give you love, they'll automatically look. Of course, most guys who are not Christian (even some Christians), will feel attracted to you, but that has nothing to do with love. They will love you for your skin, not for your heart. Now, why the heck would God make it so hard for guys??? Because he was made to love that one, who is his wife. If you're a woman and married, you should be happy about showing some skin to your husband, because he's made for you.

Understand, that Christian men do not look at girls for enjoyment (okay, some who struggle do), but most are actually honest, and you with a boyfriend or husband, don't hate your man, just because his eyes get caught in some bare legs. Of course, if his motive is wrong, he'll enjoy the look, but if he really loves you, he'll quickly turn his look away, as soon as he can.

This world is getting more disgusting and dirty by each day. Really! We're living in a filthy world, where almost every girl in the street dresses up as a stripper!! And I really hate it, because it steals my focus from God and from my fiancee, who's the one I love and when we get married, I will only lust after her!

So girl, please do us guys a favor! Wear modest clothes as it helps us to stay pure. Don't tempt us more than we already are. If you really love God, you will know that his acknowledgement is enough for you; you do not need to be acknowledged by the guys in the streets. Save that for your future husband, instead of throwing your worth away.

So what's the cure for all this uncleanness in the world? There is a cure, there is a way to stay pure! And that way is Jesus! Spend time with him, be with him, talk with him, pray, read his word, and let him transform you into a child of purity. Because you are God's child and he wants the best for his children and the best is to stay pure! So, daily, get out, find a remote and quiet place where you can be all alone with your dad in Heaven and just stay with him! A father-son time! A time where your father tells you how worthy you are! Because you are his princess and his prince, you are worthy! Stay pure! :) And remember, HE LOVES YOU MORE THAN YOU CAN EVER IMAGINE!!!! ♥

He was always there - Part 2

When thinking back about my past, about the time where I was deep down in black hole which seemed bottomless, I realize that God was there, even in that time where I did not love him, he still loved me.
I've been saved for a little more than three years, and I still remember many situations from my old life clearly. Many times where I should have been in a worse condition, I somehow survived. It was supernatural and I don't doubt that.

You may be thinking it was luck and coincidence. My friend, I promise you, it was not coincidence nor luck, it was Jesus, it was God who held his hand above me, protecting me. There was a time where I got beaten up by about fifteen guys. They used chains and baseball-bats, beat me up badly. Yet, I managed to get away with a few scratches. No broken ribs, bones and no serious injuries. It should have been worse. The beating went about for 30-35 minutes. These guys were from the ghetto in my old town, and they always bring knives to their fights, yet they didn't this one time. Think it's luck? Nope, it was the Lord's work. He protected me.
That was just one time out of a dozen, I know with all my heart that he was there all the time. I wasn't sure back then, but now when I glance back, I'm 100 % sure!

Whether you've been in deep problems, or you've grown up in a Christian family, I know you have had hard and dark times, but when you look back, you can always see that he was always there. Jesus was always there for you, even when you didn't feel it. Look back, try to recall some of the worst situations you've been in. Maybe you haven't been that deep out, but even in the small things. Like "almost" being run over by a car, because maybe you forgot to look when crossing the street. God protected you, didn't he? Even if you did get run over by car, he was there and he still is! He cares you for you! I know it personally!! Trust me, he really cares for you!

He was always there - Part 1

So many people, so many Christians, ask the simple question: "Where was Jesus in the old testament?"
"How come we only hear about God and the Holy Spirit?"

Jesus was always there, that I can tell you. Let me show you that in the scriptures, just some of the passages. For example, John 1:1 - "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and Word was God." and John 1:14 - "And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us..."
So, here the Bible talks about the "Word", which is Jesus. The Word, Jesus, was with God in the very beginning, as you can read here. Then Jesus became flesh, meaning he came down as a man.

Jesus was always there, even in the old testament. When you read the old testament, you don't see him as a person, but you see him in the "Word", in Gods word, in the very written words of the old testament.
He was even there in the beginning, check it out:

Genesis 1:26 - Then God said, "Let us make man in our image, after our likeliness..."
Now, why would God say "us"? Because he wasn't alone and he's not alone today. It's the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, as it was in the very beginning.

Never give up!

"And Moses said to the people, "Fear not, stand firm, and see the salvation of the LORD, which he will work for you today."...." Exodus 14:13

Now that's something! See, God will never give up on you. I just wanna encourage you; NEVER GIVE UP! :) You can do it! Why? Because you have Jesus in your heart and God is with you! He is with you, not because you're perfect, but because he loves you! He loves you SO deeply much that nothing in the world can separate you from his love!

When problems come at us, we tend to panic and stress out. Look at the scripture again. Fear is the opposite of faith. Well God says, don't fear, but have faith instead. Fear pushes out faith, but it also goes the other way. Faith pushes out fear. Stand firm! Don't be shaken by what the world has to offer, but, like the Israelites, know that God is with you. That fire-pillar following the Israelites indicated that God was with them. That pillar of fire is within your heart. The people of Israel forgot about God, but all they really had to do, was to look up. Whenever trouble comes at you, look up and see that God is with you. All the time. The problems will pass through you and it might come as a storm, but when they're gone, you'll see the salvation of the LORD! God loves you, whoever you are :)

Without a Mask

You know, I got one of those "aha" experiences tonight...

I know that everyone feels this way (by observations and by assuming I'm human as everyone else)..
When I'm at work, servicing customers, I put on this "mask" only for customers. A welcoming smile and ready to help any customer out. When I'm in church with friends and acquaintances, I put on a mask of friendliness, but I'm not truly my own self. When I'm with close friends, I put on another mask, though not as covering as the others, but still a mask that covers some parts of my face. When I'm with my girlfriend, I still put on a mask, even though it's a thin fiber.

You see, we all do it. There is only truly one person whom I do not wear any mask, when together with. His name is Jesus and truly, when I'm with my Heavenly Dad, I don't wear any masks at all. I'm my own true self! And it's wonderful, because I have complete faith in my God and I trust that he'll take care of me and fill me up with His love as I pour my heart to him.

Why do we do it, then? I don't really know. I guess it's in our human-nature. There is nothing wrong to it; it's in our nature, just like curiosity. I really think this is a fact. That's why, I feel, it's important - no it's a necessity for me to spend my time with God. Being my own perfect self, being without a mask, is when I'm alone with my God and my heavenly Dad, who's perfect and loves me :)

Shining Mirror

This picture came to my mind today...

Imagine a large mirror standing in a dark room. That's you. And me and everyone else; we're all mirrors. Now mirrors in the dark are really of no use, but then imagine if a huge light from above shined down on that mirror. It would reflect the light and spread it whatever was around. God is that light and when you're letting him shine on you, that light will automatically spread to other people. They will feel the warmth of that light and then they'll start spreading it too! Not only will they spread the light to others around them, they'll also return the light to you! Now imagine a bunch of mirrors sending and receiving lights from each other and also from God. A huge globe of light surrounds that bunch! Now, that bunch is a church. Imagine if every church would shine like that, then they would be able to reach out to the world! Wow, I mean, isn't that awesome?

Let's all spend time together with our lovely Dad in Heaven and He'll fill us up with light that spreads! Be a shining mirror :)
